At Camilla's Bridal, we want you to feel stunning on your special day. If your garment isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or visit our Returns Center to enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location and ensure you keep a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the garment, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
